We will never share, trade or sell your Personal Information such as Opt-in data, Phone Number, Unit number, Name, and SMS consent to third parties under any circumstances. We may, however share, your personal information with your Condominium Association/ Board Members. We require that your Condominium Association/ Board Members keep your personal information secure, and do not allow them to use or share your personal information for any purpose other than providing services on our behalf.

Opting Out

FS Messaging gives you the ability to opt out of the Service for any reason. You can opt out by texting “STOP” or “QUIT”.

Children and Intended Audience

The Messaging Service is not intended for children under 13, and FS Messaging does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13.

Children aged 13 or older should not submit any Personal Information without the permission of their parents or guardians. By using the Messaging Service, you are representing that you are at least 18, or that you are at least 13 years old and have your parents’ permission to use the service.
